— Repair & replacement

Fix the slab, not the symptom

Every cracked panel has a cause, water, base failure, a bad original mix, or just 25 winters. Repair that ignores the cause is rent, not a fix.

The honest triage

What repair looks like done properly

Sectional replacement with the panel cut clean at the joints, doweled into its neighbors, poured with matched mix and finish. Sunken aprons and walks sometimes qualify for lifting instead of replacement, when they do, we say so, because it is cheaper and we would rather be the ones who told you. Surface spalling gets an honest verdict: cosmetic overlays exist, but over a failed surface they are lipstick with a service life, and you deserve to know that before spending.

Why Fishers concrete is failing on schedule

The math is demographic: whole neighborhoods poured 1995–2010, salted for two decades, riding clay soils across dozens of freeze-thaw swings a winter. The first wave of original flatwork is simply reaching end-of-life together, which is why your street has three crumbling drives at once. When you replace, replacing to a better spec than the builder's original is what breaks the cycle.

Small jobs welcome

Plenty of outfits will not answer for one panel. We will, small repairs batch efficiently across the same neighborhoods that need them, which keeps the price sane for you and the route sane for us. Get it on the list.
